Wanted to look at bicycle accessories, were told we couldn?t go upstairs as there were not enough staff to accompany us. Only one member of staff on till, two others outside with customers cars, when we asked if one of them could assist we were told no, they were dealing with customers - when we pointed out that we too were potential customers they said they couldn?t assist and we had to return in store and the staff member behind till could get items we wanted, if we knew what we wanted, once they had dealt with anyone else in store who needed assistance. Shocking attitude, shocking service - other people in store couldn?t quite believe what they were hearing either. Poor way to operate a business. Will go elsewhere ?

Fantastic customer service from staff member called Aiden at the haverhill branch.so very helpfully and efficient service not like the halfords store sudbury who were not at all helpful . 10/10 for Haverhill store and Aiden .

I had an issue with losing a bulb into my rear light assembly. Maisie was able to fish it out the bulb and proceeded to fit the bulb cluster back onto the light assembly. She went above and beyond her job because of this not just being a bulb replacement. Very happy with her work and the rest of the helpful and courteous staff at the Haverhill Halfords branch. Well done!

Absolutely incredible staff. I don?t write reviews usually, but today Maisie really went above and beyond to help with a roof box issue. Similarly, Aiden was also very helpful. Overall, every time I come here, the staff are incredible in every way.

I have been into the store on two separate occasions recently, the first to get my old bike's gears and brakes checked. I was assisted by Aiden, who was very polite and helpful. Whilst I was there, he also assisted me with the purchase of a cycle helmet. He was very knowledgeable, he showed me various ones and worked out which size I needed and showed me how to adjust the straps.
The second time I went down was to look at purchasing a new bike. Again, Aiden was working in the department and assisted me. Again he was very knowledgeable about the difference between hybrid and mountain bikes, he took various bikes from display for me to try, adjusted the seat height and discussed frame sizes. He then placed my order and discussed delivery information. The bike arrived and was built in the time frame I was given.
