Haverhill staff are useless at changing bulb. Wasted 30 mins of my evening to have to drive home 40 mins with only one headlight. Took me 2 mins to change once I got my tools. Only positive was good selection of bulbs.

Avoid this store!!, went in today and waited 10 minutes with my purchase, the member of staff dealing with the 1 person in front of me had no idea what she was doing, and had to call another person to assist more than once, in the meantime the other staff ignored me waiting, I returned my product and walked out.

From walking in to ask about having a sat nav/radio fitted into the VW T5, Nathan was efficient, business like and knew his job. It is good to see and I would go back to the shop because of his work ethic. Adam was also very kind, very helpful and explained the way the new SAT NAV Kenwood machine worked.
