Ordered just eat - didn?t turn up second time in a row, the first time they said they didn?t even have it. The second they said they had the order but nobody had picked it up from them in over an hour. Tried to cancel via Uber eats and Greggs, I spoke to a very ?interesting? man named Kurt who informed me regardless of my disability I would have to walk down to get my order as it is not in their job description to deliver me my food that I have ordered. Had no real clue what was going on even though it forming me he?s the manager and ? he knows the best at Uber eats? customer service is non existent, I understand it might be Uber eats fault, but to finish any responsibility and have no clue how to help in a situation like this just says they need more training, or maybe just get more competent staff.
