Gray Recruitment was founded by Ray Gray. He opened this, his first Recruitment Company, in October 2020 as a family run business.
Ray has extensive knowledge within the Recruitment environment, particularly in Manufacturing, Production and Warehousing, with several years of relevant experience.
Having being made redundant in his previous employment with another agency, Ray decided to venture alone and start his own business. This was without doubt a huge decision for him to make at the time, with a new baby due and given the ongoing climate of COVID.
As a business Gray Recruitment prides itself on efficient candidate sourcing, excellent communication and building strong relationships between candidates and clients.
