I came to get my Helix pierced today and Bronte was so lovely! She explained everything throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease with the needle. She explained the aftercare process and had detailed answers to all my questions with no hesitation. Being blind, this really helped relax me.

Lovely place to go and get pampered. Had waxing done and it was so painless. The lady who done my waxing is very very lovely, bubbly and chatty. Makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Cannot fault at all. Highly recommended but you need to book in advance.

I saw Bronte for a lash lift/brow lamination and Rebecca for a gel removal/pedicure. Both of them were beyond professional and friendly. The staff that emailed, had taken my phone calls and did my patch test were also so lovely! I have rebooked my next two appointments here, won't go anywhere else now :)Service: Pedicure

Showed up at 5:35 for 10min sunbed. Plenty of time to jump in and out yet I was refused the service as too late and been told to come in earlier next time?!? Absolutely ridiculous. You're open till 6 and not everyone can come in earlier.Other times there seem to be some issues with beds as well.Such a shame as lamps seem to be good and tan quickly.

Booked in today for a haircut and left so happy, I'm moving to the area and needed a new salon and will defainlty be using this one, had my haircut by Natalie and she was amazing my hair looks fab and she was so friendly too! Can not recommend this place and Natalie enough thank you, after leaving this review I then messaged Natalie a few weeks later to try and book another appointment as she advised me to, she read the message and ignored me and still haven't had a reply this message, really unprofessional! Have now found another salon to go to, such a shame after a good first visit!Service: Hairstyling
