No sign on the door saying no dogs but would not serve me when I walked in holding my very small dog. Clear signage is a must in these situations.

Having stopped using this place a couple of years ago due to appalling customer service attitudes i today found myself popping in to get a take out coffee. Sadly it hasn?t gotten any better, possibly even a bit worse. I was standing at till waiting to order, one staff member walked straight past, then the second and then the first again. After a while (felt like 5 mins) the first finally decided she would now take my order. I don?t know if it?s a generational thing as staff here always seem to be youngsters or whether it?s a coffee shop thing but customer service still stinks here

The setting is nice, but the staff is young and not yet a team! They have not worked together and are not confident in their skills!
