Didn't receive one of the balloons that I paid for and they ripped one of the balloons I had so i had to pay extra to get new ones

Awful service by the guy on the tills completely ignored me and refused to give me my receipt when I asked for one. Plus store is tiny and extremely difficult to navigate without being in the way of other customers. I'll be going elsewhere

I'd have given 5, but the store is tiny and difficult to get around when you need more space due to wheelchairs or buggies.
