Come in for repair on my glasses that were purchased from a different opticians. All 3 members of staff i saw were lovely! Mo, Lauren and Dom really made my quick visit special and even took the time to ask about my day etc. 10/10

I had an excellent experience at Boots Opticians in Haverhill. Maureen and the team were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The eye check was effortless, and everything was explained clearly. I felt well looked after from start to finish ? outstanding service and highly recommended.

Was extremely pleased with the service from Haverhill Boots Opticians from eye examination to the fitting of my glasses. Maureen 3168 was very professional and friendly. Really appreciated her helpful advice and experience when choosing my frames.
So refreshing to be greeted with smiling faces and felt I was a valued customer.
Definitely recommend Boots and will be returning.

Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first visit to Boots Opticians, but I will be going here again over Specsavers. It was a much more pleasant experience and felt like good value for money too. There was no pressure to buy their glasses on top of my eye test, but the glasses I liked were really good value and so I didn't feel the need to shop around. It was quick and simple. Very happy so far.....hopefully it will remain as positive when I collect my glasses.

I called in late for my optician appointment, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me.
