I recently had Jalupro and lip fillers done by Ludmila, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She is highly experienced and demonstrated exceptional skill and precision throughout the process.
Moreover, her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Ludmila, for anyone considering their perfect treatments.

Having had a number of bad experiences with eyebrow tattooing, and as a consequence the last time needing 10+ very painful eyebrow laser removal sessions, I was very apprehensive about having my brows done again.
I went to Black Velvet Beauty & Academy on a strong recommendation and given how I looked before, am happily surprised with how well they have been done. What also surprised me, again based on previous bad experiences with other beauticians, was how bearable the pain was, to the point that I was nodding off!
I genuinely cannot recommend Ludmila enough. She is kind, caring, has a gentle hand, and very knowledgeable and experienced. Having been through quite a few ordeals and confidence at an all time low, I am so very happy with the results and looking ?normal? again.

Would not recommend this place at all after such a frustrating experience this morning. I booked my Botox appointment as a first-time customer on Thursday for today (Saturday), received a standard booking confirmation and a reminder the day before. Only then do I receive a text as I?m waiting outside the salon from the owner just 5 minutes before my appointment time asking whether we could reschedule because she had only just seen the booking and didn't have the product. This is SO incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and effort, considering I drove over 35 minutes to her salon and wasted both time and petrol money to get there. Instead of offering any meaningful solution, I was simply asked to reschedule. Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling and certainly won't be recommending this service to anyone else. Absolute joke and a waste of time!

Been to Ludmilla a couple times for several different procedures and I am so happy with the results.?
I had hair laser removal few different areas,
lips fillers, microblading and botox. Felt really comfortable with Ludmila, she is so frendly and she is an amazing beautician.
I'd definitely recommend and will comeback again and again.

I had many treatments done at Black Velvet ( with Ludmila)..from fillers ,anti ageing treatments ,semipermanent brows,eyeliner and lips ? was super happy with the results ,no complications,always lasted long enough. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you ?

Been to Ludmilla a couple times now and had several different procedures already and I am inlove with the results.?
Most recently had Skin Booster Jalupro and lash lift and it was great. Felt really comfortable around needles which I'm usually squimmish, very professional and amazing results.
I'd definitely recommend and will comeback again in the future. Great value for money also.
