Went to the Haverhill B&Q on bank holiday Monday. Go to checkout and there was a long queue. The best bit was there was Two staff members just standing there Not helping to get the queue down. Not a bad Job getting paid to stand around...

Went into Haverhill store today to buy a Nail gun and couldn?t Find any. Spoke to a staff member called Robert who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Wish more assistants were as helpful. Many thanks to Robert.

Excellent service. Ordered an item online for in-store collection. They had it ready within minutes, and when I got there one of the staff went out of his way to find one with an undamaged box. Employees like that are what make physical stores worthwhile.

Bought 2 x 2.5 Ltr Valspar paints mixed to colour got home gave another good mix but found paint had lots of old skin mixed in from what appears to be old paint base being used so ended up picking out lumps when painting on wall maybe not such a high demand product from a small B and Q hence why paint could be out of date
