Fantastic service from Steve. I had been put off replacing my dangerous fireplace after a bad experience with a pushy salesman at another company but from the first moment I contacted Steve his service and personal attention was superb. He visited my house and listened carefully to what I wanted. He came up with good suggestions and took detailed measurements as it needed to be custom made with a new Mantlepieceand Hearth. On the day it fitted perfectly with no damage to the carpet or surrounding wall. He and Chris took great care to protect everything and removed and took away the old fireplace and rubble. I can't praise him highly enough. 100% recommend. I love my new (electric) Fire.

I first went to the show rooms to look for a complete fire and surround. I was met with Steve who proved most helpful indeed . Needless to say The I left a deposit as felt very confident and comfortable with my choice. Steve came and fitted my new fireplace including surround really neat and exact. He even took away the old fire and surround to dispose of it for me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The price was very competitive compared to other outlets whilst providing a high quality fire and surround and taking complete care throughout and fitting in a very reasonable time frame. 5 Stars plus for product, price, professionalism, helpfulness and a friendly approach . We visited Steve's showroom where he helped us choose the best fire-surround for our living room from a wide selection of styles and materials. Steve and his colleague installed the surround quickly, cleanly and with no fuss. It looks brilliant and we are absolutely delighted with it and the service we received. Excellent service and great product too. Steve took the time to carefully evaluate our needs and it is clear that pleased customers are important to him. Our new gas stove in the lounge looks great ,blending in perfectly with its surroundings and it certainly makes a significant difference to the warmth and general comfort of the room. Steve installed my log burner yesterday and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I left the keys and when I came in from work it was all done and the room was just how I left it.
