Better than most surgeries in this area. Generally much quicker turnaround on advice and all medical appointments. Very good pharmacy. Good triage service

We recently moved to the area and have been so impressed by the service at this practice from the first day we registered. The staff have been extremely helpful and the doctors have been very thorough in maintaining contact through an ongoing medical issue my husband had. Referral was swift and results came reassuringly quickly for which we are so grateful. Considering the current demands on the service we are very lucky to have such a proactive facility in our community.

I was without daily meds for 3 days as receptionist told me she?d put them with pharmacy for me to collect. She didn?t and Doctors off duty the entire weekend so not available.

Waited an hour for a prescription that was ordered in the morning. Doctor never put it through and staff sent me all over the place trying to pass me onto someone else to sort out. Nice one ?

Everyone has always been very very helpful under some difficult circumstances.My only - hopefully - constructive criticism would be to let patients know if a doctor is running late. I recently attended feeling very unwell and waited an hour. Had I known I could have been more comfortable in my car. Other than that, well done!

I have been so impressed with the diligence and dedication of the doctors and all the staff. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful and both the treatment received by myself and my elderly mum recently have been beyond reproach. We are so lucky to have a service that I know is thoroughly stretched at present. Thank you ?

Abysmal...Zero continuity in level of care, members of staff who seem completely uninterested, and a "triage" telephone appointment system that make it virtually impossible to get a face-to-face appointment with a GP.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The Locam Drs are really good at what they do, Especially Dr Treen and Dr Mohammed....The nurses are really lovely and I have always found the Reception Staff to be very pleasant, friendly and very helpful.I visit and call regulary, and although it has become harder to make appointments here, they do offer a Triage Service call back including a Drs call back if needed. As long as you call before 11am.......and you can get an appointment the same day if you call at this time.They offer plenty of parking, including Disabled Parking, and they also have 2 Pharmacy's on site....

Litterally can't deal with this doctors surgery any more, doctors are soo unhelpful! Having an ongoing medical issue which the doctors just brush off all the time and not willing to offer any form of solution, advice, medication or assistance. Dont know why i bother ?, will be leaving to find a surgery that actually gives a damn about their patients. Bye cutlers hill!

Called with an urgent illness whilst sway from home. Reception staff were kind and helpful and sorted an appointment immediately that morning as a temporary registration. Parking was plentiful on site. Nurse practitioner Ruth was also very kind and talked me through everything. Dispensary on site was quick and easy too. All done from initial call to back home in bed within 2 hours. Thanks for getting me back to good health quickly

Cutlers Hill is the worst Doctors surgery I have ever come across. I was there constantly between 2005 and 2017 due to persistent poor health. All they did was prescribe me antidepressants and told me I had anxiety (they also phoned my parents to tell them I was a hypochondriac and a spoilt child who was only after attention).The first time I saw a Doctor at another practice (only last year) they knew something wasn't right immediately, and after further tests I was diagnosed with brain scarring and epilepsy. I suffered for over 10 years as they couldn't wait to give me medication I didn't need and push me out the door. Whole place needs a serious looking at.Reception staff seem to be exceptionally rude, too, for no apparent reason.
