WELL DONE CO OP!I needed to know if they sell E5 petrol here. I rang, fully expecting the same service that you get at Tesco, Morrisons, etc which is they've made it impossible to talk to a human. But no, a young lady who clearly works there, not only answered, but even knew which pumps dispensed E5!10 out of 10 for customer service in these couldn't care less days of zero public facing customer service.

I went to this store on Sunday 2/10 I was only going for three items so didn't get a basket as my 15yr old grandson was with me and could carry items to till. I got bottle of soda water, bottle of tonic water and can of monster,which he carried to the till for me, when the shop assistant went to put them through the till she challenged my grandson for ID I explained they we're mine but she refused to let me buy the can of monster as ' he had touched it' I was embarrassed and angry I would have expected him to be refused if it was for him and he was on his own,but wasn't I was with him the whole time and it was my shopping he was helping me. I went to the garage and bought it there. I will think twice before going to store again.
