Please do not use this company and put it on your no order lists I?ve ordered a parcel and it took them one month to even reply and tell me that FedEx can?t deliver a parcel then I waited for my refund from the staff name Nichole and they do not bother even to sort that out I had to dispute a payment with my bank what a joke tos company it is they have no customer service skills neither passion for customers ?why are you even in business . ? Because I am definitely not ordering anything from you again ?.

I have order a few times from this company. No complains so far. everything is with good quality. And it arrived fast.They are very good, even once when some of the glass jars arrived broken, I contacted them and they replaced them.Very satisfied.

Have been very happy buying bottles from them until recently, when they simply won't reply to my emails about when they are back in stock, and there is no phone number to contact them. I have customers waiting for products, and I am unable to tell them when I can supply. This is unacceptable service. Please get in touch immediately!

When I ordered they said it would be 12 days for delivery. Emailed them, Amanda Hallilan replied, she said it would be here on the 25th November. I wanted them before the weekend. Guess what. They arrived in Friday, by FEDEX! Top top service!! Will order ALL my jars and glass from them.Thank you all and Amanda.

Ordered over 1000 candle jars, arrived in Ireland in under 2 weeks which is incredibly efficient. Only 1 jar broken aswell which is amazing. Previously ordered from ampulla, not only did it take nearly 2 months for the full order to arrive, but they were almost twice as expensive and the jars were not as thick as the jars from this company. Very impressed, will be back.
