Beautiful country pub with big garden & many benches

Rude staff, refused to sell us food and then complained when we bought some elsewhere for our children, despite having spent money on over priced drinks. I’ve been told the people at the Royal oak up the road are much nicer.

Absolute belter of a British pub! Fantastic selection of ales (most of which I've never tried!), friendly, banterful and attentive staff, as well as the most impressive burger I've had for a long time... enjoyed in the most perfect beer garden; a well-maintained lawn and plenty of tables.
