Absolutely disgusting customer service! One adult breakfast, 3x kids breakfast plate. Adult meal came out 10minutes before kids, so went Cold. And was told by the manager you will be paying for it. U should have eaten without the children!!

Thought we'd recreate our visits to Wimpy from the 70s ...so pleased to find one in Felixstowe ! Here is an honest review. met by a charming lady who chatted with us ...immaculately kept restaurant inc the toilets ...food served promptly and was ok but small portion and no where near as extensive menu as i remember years ago . Wimpy is clearly not as good value as Wetherspoons is ..... Today we had a burger and chips and a sausage and chips and two latte......it was just a pound short of what we pay in Wetherspoons for two meals ,two pints of beer and five cups of coffee ! Glad we experienced it today but not like the Wimpy of old menu .Full marks however to the delightful staff member and the cleanliness of the place ...I guess we've been spoiled by Wetherspoons diverse menu and low prices ...

Myself and my son, visited , late on Friday, we were severed by a very help young man,who has great customer service skills.
My son's ate two fantastic tasting sausage hash brown and egg ,added bacon to the order,which absolutely blown away by the quality of the product,taste ,and quality. The gentleman who cooked the items (he could be the manager) did a fantastic job, ist class.
Although we arrived 30mins before closing ,we were treated with such care and kindness by everyone. Which was amazing as I severely disabled, we had lovely window seats which where so comfortable especially for my disability. If I could award more then five stars I would , it was like dining in a 5 star hotel.well done to all and thank you for your kindness and care.

Iconic British Diner
I heard that there were quite a lot of Wimpys in the UK in the past, before the American chained fast food landed.
What a surprise it's not popular anymore. As this place is great. Iconic British style Diner.
The food is fantastic. That runny sunny side up. Good quality fries that no need to dip any sauces. The staff are nice. Reasonable price.
Too bad we have to drive so far away if I want to have Wimpy suddenly.

Great experience today. Tried a couple of cafés in Felixstowe over the last couple of days, but none as good as Wimpy. Food was cooked beautifully, there was a great atmosphere about the place and Becky the manager couldn't have been more helpful. Well done guys.

Dietary restrictions: My partner doesn't eat meat, but the food quality was fantastic.

Had lunch here today with my partner..nicely cooked quite pricey for 2 burgers and drinks especially as Mc Donald's is in felixstowe now.. service was good and very clean.
