My phone was stolen abroad the guys in the store couldn't have been more helpful i arrived at 9 new phone sorted they helped me with the smart switch which wasn't easy as my old old phone wasn't working on the wi fi . The store was very busy all morning but they made a lot of time to help me out. Left very happy 6 stars if possible ??

"Stella" service from Jay helped me and my mum sort out a lot of bits, including phones, sims, broadband and change of address. Got us the best prices available and informed us of everything we needed to know. 10 out 10 for the service received in store.

I don't normally leave reviews but I feel this is totally justified. I have been into Vodafone in felixstowe 3 times now and all the staff have been very attentive in helping me sort out my phone. I would highly recommend. Unfortunately, Sam that was serving me is leaving shortly. I hope the company will realise what an absolute asset and star you have been and I imagine will be sorely missed. Had a technical issue that customer service were struggling to sort so I popped into store and the in store team (Jay and Sam) were fantastic it took lot of work but they didn?t give up and got there in the end. Faultless customer service really makes a company!
