Said it would be 20 minutes then changed to 30 then changed again to 45 and then changed once again to an hour and then you?ll never guess what it changed to an hour and a half absolute pisstake and a half.

My son wanted steak and cheese. He received bacon, onion and ketchup. When I asked if there was any steak in the sub the girl behind the counter laughed at me and said she had explained earlier what the ?bacon steak sub? included. What she meant was the ?bacon stack sub? . A pronunciation mistake, but a mistake on her part. Didn?t appreciate her making out it was my fault and she definitely didn?t want to rectify her mistake. I won?t be returning.

Deliver was on time, both the subs had not cheese, and the one that was supposed to have regular chicken breast had chicken tikka, my partner took out all the chicken as she didn't like it so basically just a baguette with some salad and mayo... overpriced for what you get...

Beware. I bought a sandwich at 11:30am. I noticed the lettuce looked very limp, and bits were brown, so discarded that. Clearly left over from yesterday. Stupidly I ate the rest, and got an upset stomach.

Good gluten free options. Apart from the fact that I ordered online, tried to call at least 10 times to ask them to take something off my sandwich that contains wheat, which was my mistake but no one picked up the phone. They?re very accommodating apart from this one

Staff useless in here.
I purchased a 99p Garlic cheesey slice I had a £1 coin in my hand to give him which he sore and took 200 points of my rewards App without asking me they are suppose to ask the customer I was saving for the 1000 points reward.
When I explained to the foreign guy he said nothing I can do totally useless.
I won't be using this branch again.

Always happy after I?ve ordered my lunch from this subway. One of the guys (who I?m assuming is the manager/owner) is always recommending different combos and they?re all friendly guys.
