Amazing service! My 4th pair of glasses from another optician broke again this morning and I was in urgent need of a new pair asap. I was recommended the Felixstowe branch of specsavers. I called them first and spoke to Charlie who was so helpful and called me back to advise I could choose a pair of glasses today AND collect them today! I?m not great at decision making but Charlie and another lady helped me pick a new pair. 2 hours later I collected them! I?m so happy that I was able to get it sorted within a few hours and will be returning here when it?s time for new glasses! Thank you :)

I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers in Felixstowe. The customer service was excellent ? the staff were friendly, patient, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. They gave me helpful advice during my eye test and were brilliant at helping me choose the right frames. I?m really pleased with my new glasses ? they look great and feel very comfortable. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Moyi at the Felixstowe branch. The service was good and she was patient when testing my eyes for contact lenses, as my eyesight is a bit complicated. I will definitely be returning each year.
