Ideally located in a quiet spot with it's own car park, just a few minutes walk from both the seafront and the town centre. The room was the usual high standard with the benefit of air conditioning. A particular highlight was the brilliant staff, expecially the lovely Hayley who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after in the restaurant, whilst also assisting guests in reception. She is a real credit to Premier Inn!

I had paid at another hotel tor 4 nights and left after 1 night. I had to book elswhere as this was full until my last night.I wish I could've got this place for 4 nights but was full in the first place as the other place was beyond a dump. The staff were warm and very friendly.Rooms: Spacious clean and beds are really comfy. Was going to have breakfast but got my appointments mixed, so I can't comment on food.

Great Premier Inn, friendly staff and great breakfast. Initial room had an issue and they moved us with no issues. Also cooked breakfast excellent, although porridge very thick and tough!Rooms: Rooms are good, clean and have most things you need. Had to ask for extra towels as only 1 set in each room.Nearby activities: Great location, close to beach, amusements and sea.Walkability: Great location, only 5 mins from the peer and 10 mins from amusements, 4 mins to the sea. Fault flat to the coast and peer and promenade, but steep hill into town.Food & drinks: Great cooked breakfast, cooked to order and plenty of drinks. Porridge not good though.

We have stayed here many times and always find the staff welcoming and friendly.Nothing is too much trouble for them. We love Bob, so friendly and a wealth of informationBreakfast and Evening meals are well presented and tastyRooms are clean, quiet and comfy.Location is perfect for us just a 2 minute walk to the sea front and pier.Best Premier Inn we have stayed inRooms: Super comfy and cleanWalkability: 2 minutes walk to the sea frontFood & drinks: Meal deal is well worth the price, food is lovely

We had great nights sleep, however the room we stayed in showed signs of alot of wear around the skirting board and carpet looked quite old, scummy stiff around the soap dispenser. Food in the restaurant was OK, at breakfast some was cold and some was warm, there are no baby changing facilities either for restaurant users. Great location for the felixstowe beach and pier.

Stayed here after a show at spa pavilion lovely clean spacious room awesome breakfast check in was quick and staff on reception and throughout the hotel were polite and helpful Matt and Mel went above and beyond to help out with knowledge of local attractions a really lovely hotel we will definitely return thankyouRooms: Lovely room very clean spacious fluffy towels very comfy bed perfect

Felixstowe premier inn was great I came away for the weekend with my partner and we really enjoyed it rooms was great and location perfect just what we needed , Staff are all great shout out to Bob and Hayley also Sheryl and Matthew too :)

Partner and I checked with ease on Friday with Mel. She was very knowledgeable of Felixstowe and recommended some great places to visit near by. Rooms were large, comfortable and breakfast was fantastic Saturday morning. All staff extremely friendly.
