Using a RAC MOT voucher turned out to be a complete waste of time and effort. I booked my MOT in November through "WhoCanFixMyCar" at KW Autos in Felixstowe, but when I arrived at the garage (in March), they flat out refused to accept the voucher.... They didn't even had me booked in....It was frustrating and inconvenient, leaving me scrambling and asked to pay full price. I ended up booking at another garage and pay full price. I won't recommend using this voucher as it feels like complete scam!

Phoned them this morning with car problems was seen this afternoon and within 15 mins was all sorted. I'd tried other garages who couldn't find the problem so this will be my garage from now on. Thanks Cory you are a star.

Phoned, explained problem with a radio, told to bring it in five days later between 8-9 am.Appointment booked. Drove 45 minutes to get their arrived 8.40am, Boss ? turned up 9am, didn't know anything about this. Said guy who I must have spoke to Left last week.They don't fix car radio's.

These guys are friendly and helpful. Got towed in by the RAC patrol that had not been able to get the car going again. Transpired - as we suspected - that it had immobilised itself. Despite showing up not long before closing they got to work and got the car running again in about 20 minutes. Wouldn't take any money so we left a donation. Recommended.

Sworn at on the phone by the elderly gentleman on the front desk - Went in for an MOT 22/08/23 with a petrol Audi TT, the car had a bulb out and 'failed its emissions'. the garage decided to take it on themselves to use fuel additive and replace the bulb without consulting us and then doubling the cost of the bill. No proof of using any fuel additive and if they had called I would have explained that we had a bulb in the glove box and I would have taken the car home for the 5 minute job and returned it the next day for the cost of a partial MOT retest (which by law cannot be more than £27.45) . They took advantage of the fact my partner was a younger female and unknowing of cars and mechanics. I can only suggest you avoid this place - run by a rude and deceitful man.

I found the staff here to be professional, friendly, and fair. I had a tire repair done, and as a tourist with an American accent, one could easily be the victim of overcharging. Not here . . . an extremely fair price and prompt service. Thank you guys!

We take all 3 of our mercedes to this garage for various things that can be done by Mercedes but 10 times cheaper. We have taken my mums car here too. It's a genuine garage and will not rip you off. It's hard to sometimes take others opinion, but we've had all great experiences! In need to go again too... ? mercedes ?are not as reliable as the garage ?

Outstanding service - just came and rescued me after the suspension arm of my car completely sheered off. Arrived very shortly after calling, and orchestrated a complex rescue mission during peak time near the entrance of a busy car park. Quickly and efficiently ordered the new part needed, gave me an approximate time of completion, and offered me the use of a courtesy car. Cannot recommend K W Autos of Felixstowe enough. Mis-diagnosed as key fob/ immobiliser issue told to take car to colchester to dealership would need to be towed on flat deck... was simple fuel pump issue, which I suspected myself. went to another garage in town as it would have cost hundreds of pounds to get vehicle towed to dealership for mis - diagnosis ...I would have been pi**ed.
