The Range was OK but the garden centre was terrible with lots of dead plants which were expensive and not much variety.

Was a great store store with friendly and helpful staff always had what you needed for small diy jobs. It will be missed when it closes down. Having to drive to Ipswich just to get some essential diy bits will be shame.

Unfortunately they are in administration, and have a closing down sale, going to miss it,but The Range is taking over in the New Year,so that's great.

I took back a led light back hoping to get my money back as it was the wrong size my fault but they said they are not able to, so I've just lost £14 As company iin trouble you would think they would only be to happy to help

First I rang to see if they had what I wanted, they answered politely and said they had, when I got there they did have it, (unlike some other nameless DIY stores).
The staff were polite and friendly.
Well done.
