This is my regular call for a quick coffee and news read as the half way point on my morning walk. A friendly chat with staff and regular customers is a blessing to start the day. Prices are very keen too!

gregg's hasn't changed its the same format I had a nice warm sausage roll large latte and a doughnut but the coffee and sausage roll was free as had enough stamps nice
has a sausage roll & a latte today with a sprinkle dounut was nice to sit down out of the rain

I went into greggs in Felixstowe Tuesday morning long queue one woman serving, found out her name was Victoria, lovely lady good customer service nothing was too much trouble the queue was getting longer,and she was still smiling, greggs need people like her, keep up the good work Victoria ?
But on the other hand who was the miserable woman who came out looked at the queue tutted and started to help, then run off as quick as she came out, rude woman no customer service skills, ( asked around found out it was the manager) as I sat watching, ( looked like this manager didn't want to help at all) food needed taking out of the oven she just stood there and waited for someone to do the work, ( she shouldn't be there if she acts like that)
I'm a manager myself, and the first rule I got taught was " never expect your staff to do anything you wouldn't do yourself "

used online collection. watched as the order appeared on the pick up screen to the right (near the hot drink machines) and in less than 2 maybe 3 minutes everything was grabbed bagged and ready to go. checked the number to make sure i was the person in question and away i went.
5/5 food (never letting me down with their great sausage rolls)
5/5 services (really polite and quick)
and 5/5 atmosphere (lots of people so do be warned it gets loud, but other than that great)
