I would like to recommend manager Luke and his team at Formula 1, Felixstowe especially after they made time for me immediately and then spent time diagnosing an unusual vibration in my Z4.I had hit a few pot holes recently and whilst I thought it was tyre balance, one of Luke's technicians pointed straight at a worn front track control arm.Having diagnosed the issue and provided good advice advice, they refused to charge me for their time.Great customer service and swift diagnosis of the issue which gave me immediate piece of mind.Thank you Formula 1 Felixstowe.

Paul and his team did work on our Toyota Yaris. They are helpful, efficient, and friendly . We have used the garage for many years mainly for MOT. Paul is happy to give you quotes for other work need doing at a very competitive price when compared to other garages . He will also give you advice and ensure you get any work done asap. Takes time to explain things.Took car in 8:30 on Saturday morning and multiple jobs re done by 10:30. Pleased with the overall standards and services received, we would definitely recommendAlso note you can book online and look out for offers they have.

I have used Formula One Felixstowe services for many years mainly for car MOT. Recently I requested area manager Paul for quotation for disks and pads for front and rear of my car. I can only say that Paul was extremely competitive when pricing the job. Given I had gained several prices for the job from other sources. Once the job was approved the car went in on Saturday morning and was available for pickup in early afternoon. The whole team are very competent, professional and friendly, I couldn?t fault them in the slightest. Very pleased with the overall standards and services received, i can definitely recommend Paul and his team.

Brilliant place and exceptional staff. Cannot thank Paul enough for his help and advice with my car. Had several issues with my car that needed looking at asap and he was straight on it! Made time for me even though he was already busy and (for a newbie car driver like myself) explained everything and really made sure my car was checked properly. Amazing customer service!

Do not use for wheel alignment.They offered a standard wheel alignment due to having multiple tyres changed, and only made matters worse.Had to spend money elsewhere to get new tyres again and a proper alignment because they ruined my tyres.

Really bad went for service over charged for brake fluid then have to wait for refund also after service I asked if it would cure my brake squeaking to which he said it would probably be either discs or pads which neither came up on the report as being faulty really bad service they said it would take between 3-4 hours took 5 hours and they both where working on different cars whilst I was in there so clearly didn?t care and my car was put on the back seat with 2 people doing different parts of service wheels where not check wheel alignment wasn?t done absolutely disgusting!
