Was signed up fraudulently for a contract for a Nintendo Switch I never asked for. Mis sold a phone contract as well, which took ages to sort. Manager in the shop was extremely rude and shouted at me which prompted another customer to tell him he was out of line so he just stormed off. Reported to EE Customer Complaints and they agreed but the compensation given hardly covered what we had lost in payments for the mis sold contract. I will never use this shop again and will remove my business from EE at the earliest opportunity. Be warned!

Fantastic service, popped in whilst on holiday because my phone was playing up, was due for a upgrade but hate the thought, however this process was amazing , the gentleman who helped me was professional and extremely helpful couldn't recommend them more might have to return to felixstowe for my next upgrade

Without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in for a free upgrade in June, paid the deposit and was then told my chosen phone was not in stock ! Was assured it would be delivered the next day , it wasn't.Mid August, I'm finally able to get my upgrade after another store and customer service interviened and rectified the debacle the staff in this store caused ! However I'm still waiting to receive my money back that I paid in June for my upgrade, if I could give this 0 ?I would.

So impressed with the service I got today. Went in for a sim only... ended up with a great deal on new phone and BT Broadband for my new house. The guy who served me couldn't have been more helpful!!

A soul destroying experience. Waiting for a phone to he upgraded. It's been an hour and STILL waiting. Been told it'll be 10 minutes about 4 times now. Honestly don't think the manager knows what he's doing. I loathed phone shops before today, somehow they've managed to be even worse. Abandon all hope all who enter here.

Probably not the staffs fault, but they advertise in store the cost of a handset on pay as you go, but actually after pressing for an answer, they finally admitted that they are advertising something they cannot offer. Contacted ee customer services centre to look into it. No good advertising something if you can't supply..
