Was signed up fraudulently for a contract for a Nintendo Switch I never asked for. Mis sold a phone contract as well, which took ages to sort. Manager in the shop was extremely rude and shouted at me which prompted another customer to tell him he was out of line so he just stormed off. Reported to EE Customer Complaints... read full comment

The worst customer service, or no customer service. I will be contacting EE to make a formal complaint to them, as a franchise they are an embarrassment to EE
