Great service from Bella c measured my sons feet on 14/8/24 got great range in stock and advice on size of shoes also on scuff treatment as my son plays football at lunch and always scuffs his shoes thanks will be back next year. Much better service than Ipswich so happy to travel

Absolutely brilliant service, so helpful. The best service in a shop I've ever had. Especially when school shoe shopping is stressful. They completely understood that cost was an issue, but we needed half sizes. They ended up beating Deichman on price and the shoes were leather. Agree with others that the staff are very kind, and helpful. Not having had a fitting for xx years, decided to do so and it was reassuring to come away with a very comfortable pair of trainers.We need to support our high streets ?? Thanks

The staff here are an absolute delight. So kind & thoughtful when me, my mom & daughter visited & brought new school shoes (the mermaid ones) on Thursday the 17th august. The ladies made such a lovely fuss of my daughter & loved to see her dancing in the store. They have honestly restored my faith in humanity. We will be back. Thank you all again.

Felixstowe Clarke's shoe shop has the nicest staff! Had problems with a pair of child's school shoes and they really couldn't have been more helpful from the initial phone call to the minute we left the shop. I am autistic adult, and I'd already been given two of my best customer service experiences at this shop, care of Hannah and Charlotte. Unfortunately I discovered the shoes I'd purchased for work were a 1/2 size to large, and they dug into the base of my toes. Nervous about exchanging them, I wrote a letter, detailing the issue, thanking the staff for previous assistance, and the help I needed to find the correct size (I even gifted the staff some biscuits as a thank you). Hannah not only calmly accepted everything in the letter, she remeasured me using the children's gauge rather than the men's one (as I'd purchased large sized school shoes), and offering to order-in the H width if the 8G hadn't been enough. The best way to sum-up her customer service is: WOW! Thank you SO very much, and I will definitely be buying any future shoes and slippers from this shop!

I am autistic adult, I hadn't had my feet measured in about 20 years, and I'm nervous about unfamiliar interactions. The customer service experience I received from this shop was one of the BEST EVER in my almost 44 years! Charlotte was kind and polite when I phoned about a measuring appointment, as well as in the shop later. On my first visit, Hannah served me, she also kind and polite, calmly explained everything, made me feel relaxed, and I was more than happy to buy a good pair of comfy new slippers with her help.I was so impressed with my first experience, that I paid a second visit the next day to buy a pair of shoes that Hannah had recommended. Charlotte served me this time, and she took me through a complete measuring and fitting experience, patiently answering all of my questions. After trying on three sizes/width combinations I happily purchased shoes that are more comfortable/better fitting than the ones I currently wear for work. Thank you Hannah and Charlotte, I will most definitely be visiting your shop for shoes in the future!

First of all, they don't just serve people as they come in anymore. Which is a bit rubbish for walk-ins. Secondly, the person who measured our son's feet came back with shoes far too small. We even held them up sole to sole with his shoes he had on to show the salesperson, which was a bit odd. Then it was all very rushed, trying to get us to buy them and then come back if we didn't like them. Not good at all really.
