Point blank a horrible company I brought a vr from them a few weeks for a grade which it definitely shouldn't have been scratches in the lens dirt stains scratches every where and when I go to take it back I get told that they cant take it because of a scratch that it had when I brought it I will never use cex again 200 out of pocket because they cant test stuff properly awful

Tried to sell mouses, a controller a phone and keyboard all in good and well kept conditions, some of which would not be accepted and they would only take a mouse for £1 which is egregious they also would not accept multi link cables on their own and the staff member was quite rude

Store was well laid out and the staff member working that day was very helpful and I will definitely be going back again as the service was first class and it also had a good selection of items and being a retro video game collector you always have to look in a CEX if your never one as you never know it might just have the game or movie you have been looking for

Highly recommend CEX the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a novice but my son knows it all and they were very compassionate with his communication style. Highly recommend.
