I had an amazing experience thanks to Aileen and Lois! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease with their warm, personalities. Very bad service. Can someone please let me know what the difference is between being able to wash the cutlery and plates and not being able to serve drinks in ceramic cups? Rude and unwilling staff.

Nice place nice coffee but it's a shame the member of staff we spoke to ignored us when asked them to speak to the rude woman shouting down her phone whilst using it on speakerphone set loud. Which spoiled ours and other customers enjoyment of a quiet coffee.

Dietary restrictions: The staff at Felixstowe Caffe Nero generally are able to answer any questions about dietary queries on all if not most of their items.Kid-friendliness: My 2 children are always spoken to politely and included in the environment.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, double door accessibility, lower tables at the sofas or staff will move chairs around for you to sit with your company/family if requested. Nothing is too much fir this team

This is the best Caffè Nero I have ever been too?. Super clean and excellent service with a smile. Lots of staff. Despite the tired decor the place was very clean and tidy?. Well done team Felixstowe
