Bad attitude of manageress in felixstowe branch no manners called me a liar when i said i had worn the slippers once but they were def too big for me refused an exchange and ran to get a camera to takde photo of soles to cover herself as she said what rubbish over £ 12 pair of slippers been a customer for over 15 years no more a customer as i told head office i dong suppose they get paid enough to be polite

Just popped in whilst in town was 5 pm with store closing at 5.30. Went in 2 staff members completely ignored me, music turned off as soon as I entered, I picked item up I wanted and went to till, staff already closed front doors. Served by unenthusiastic staff, felt very uncomfortable. Left at 5.10 but as doors already shut they clearly don?t want any custom past 5, be reluctant to visit again soon

Shocked at how dirty this store really is! I have visited the store 3 times over the past month and found nothing about the store that actually backs up what there website claims. All of the staff I have dealt with (approximately 5) have been rather ''scruffy' dressed (including 2 wearing jeans). None of the staff have displayed the slightest amount of customer service skills and it has required myself to engage with them 1st (not so much as a good morning / afternoon). The staff seem to be very dis-interested in their jobs perhaps a store management issue to address? I even found myself advising another customer after 2 staff members on a Saturday afternoon could not be bothered. Can somebody please hoover the store mats / carpet areas along with dust to remove cobwebs. Also I do not want to be informed by staff members that store takings are down on a Sunday - loose lips sink ships springs to mind. Worthy of note is staff leaving mobile phones on the shelf to the rear of the till area and then doing jobs elsewhere in the shop. Have you never heard of opportunist theft? A poorly run store surely these issues should be addressed by the manager / area supervisor? You have much better stores perhaps overall this store lacks leadership?
