the food was okay and the people working were very sweet but they had very limited options and I feel the price was way more than it was worth. won?t be coming back but considering everything it?s not a bad place, just didn?t suit us or our price range.

Pity there's no cakes or scones. Would have gone over the road as you suggest if it had been suggested when we enquired about the availability of such items.

This is the first time I've come to Cafe Eye and it's definitely a place I'll be my regulars! The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, and the employees were incredibly caring and friendly. Their coffee was great in terms of both presentation and taste, I especially loved the latte. The decoration of the place is also very tasteful and peaceful, it is an ideal place to sit and have a pleasant time with friends. Care is felt in every detail. Thanks to everyone who contributed, I will definitely come again!

Good food. Super service. It seemed very noisy - maybe just deaf customers talking loudly. The music wasn't extra loud.

Very varied menu with something for everyone on it. Friendly staff but not overbearing and an open kitchen, which is always reassuring. The food was fresh, tasty and there is a decent specials board with some great extra choices. The prices were good and the tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as other diners left. This was EXACTLY what we wanted from a lunchtime cafe(ye).

Didn't receive what was ordered. One meal delivered in 2 stages. Hot food on cold plates. Unimpressed.
