A fantastic village pub. A great group of people who visit, very welcoming and friendly, came to the area with work, my colleagues and I made this our local. Will be back for a social. A catch up with new friends. Highly recommend this place. ?

Dietary restrictions: Staff, really friendly, helpful, made to feel like i belonged. All dietary requirements taken care off, although nothing wrong with a liquid lunch.;) Some fine ale on tap!!! Lovely pub, I really enjoyed my time here. The new landlords are amazing hosts. I'll be back here, for sure. Go Woolpack, empressive!!!

Lovely atmosphere, drinks prices were reasonable, service was quick and the lady who (I believe) was running the pub was extremely generous handing out bowls of delicious chilli, tortilla chips and garlic bread completely free of charge during a big match. This gesture may have been a one off I'm not sure but the impression it made left an impression and we'll remember the woolpack when we pass through again!

Not sure I'd go back, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a meal and they weren't cooking. Bought a couple of drinks and went to sit in the beer "garden' as we had the dog but it was tiny and overgrown ...didn't stay long ' toilets were nice ! Also no parking on site

Warm and friendly welcome and service. The choice of food was excellent. Generous portion sizes, and reasonably priced and dogs welcome. A must visit if passing by. Highly recommended.

Lovely little country pub

Lovely local pub. Never eaten there but you will have to book if you want to. It's a very small one bar pub and the brewery of one of the real ale beers they sell is about 200 yards away. It's the only pub in the village and I hope it stays open for a long time. Nice small enclosed garden area next to a church.
