Super friendly and welcoming traditional pub. We had fish and chips from the visiting van outside and ate them in the pub garden, you're allowed to eat them inside the pub too. Dog friendly. Pool table. Live music on Sundays.

Friendly service, with great selection of beer. Also really into their music, so always decent tunes playing in the background, and occasionally a music festival in the back garden.
The pub dog, a Staffordshire Bully, is also super cute and friendly!
A must, when in Clare.

First time to visit, there was a music session with Robbie Gladwell and Friends, what a great atmosphere. The Landlord was second to none and was 5* rated. Everything was amazing as was Nelson the resident top dog, we will definitely return and had the best time ever.

I just had the BEST Wagyu burger I?ve ever had in this place, not only that, but a fabulous friendly welcome and atmosphere. Menu looks amazing, chef is clearly very passionate about what she?s doing!If you are in Clare- do it! Pay them a visit. New menu and I?m a very happy customer visiting from Somerset

Great atmosphere at this local village pub! Not enough pubs like this remaining. Made to feel very welcome and we enjoyed some quality family time playing games after our walk round the Country Park.

Popped in for a swift half. They were very busy and had live music in the beer garden, the place had a great feel. Nice selection of drinks, really nice staff and a 'hello' from the locals. Will definitely return when we are next in the area. Recommended.
