If I could give it zero I would. When i registered at the practice I had high hopes, it looked and felt like a good practice to be under. How wrong was I? The Pharmacy is diabolical, who runs that? The phone line is set to force you into the “e-consult” route - where they simply do not call back. That said, when you do get through to a GP they are very good and helpful.

Pre Covid I would say I couldn’t fault the place. Post Covid it’s fallen to bits, I haven’t seen the same doctor in 2 yrs, I have had agonizing back pain for years chucking pills at me obviously wasn’t working but no further diagnostic where suggested.
