Popped into store to get a phone number for a special team handling the last minute changes to our cruise as we had booked online however Tracy handled everything! She made so many phone calls on our behalf and managed to secure us an alternative booking. She worked tirelessly to assist us today, truly going above and beyond to ensure we had our first abroad holiday as a couple secured. We couldn?t be more grateful. Would highly recommend booking with her in the TUI store. Her experience spoke volumes today.

Called the store few days ago asking for some help regarding insurance and cancellation policy.. a very polite lady helped me, prepared and very useful.The staff picked up the call very quickly and didn't wait at all.

Had a lovely experience here. All staff are lovely, namely Chloe and Jessica the two I?ve spoke to personally. Really friendly bunch who are always up to discuss the best options with you and will give you the best possible advice and care for your holiday planning - even if you?re not in shop to actively book but need advice to lead you there. Sure the rest of the gang are absolute stars also!! Branch manager also came by and seemed wonderfully friendly and chatty also. Really awesome experiences available here at TUI bury st edmunds - and even if you?re looking for somewhere not advertised actively on their website they?re always able to provide you with the top services and piece something fantastic together for you! Would never book online again. Always going to be coming here in the future
