I have been getting my hair cut here for 13 years, staff do change at times but there is always another that can cut my hair that is continuously the best cut as toni and guy have their own unique cut. Well worth paying a little more. All staff are friendly and humanistic to all their customers needs. Recommended

I was sent a text to inform me that, due to water service disruption at the Newmarket bramch, I would need to call & make other arrangements. I arranged to attend the Bury St Edmunds branch, to see my usual hairdresser. The facilities there were lovely & I particularly enjoyed the massage chair ( not available in Newmarket). The Newmarket branch looks pretty dowdy in comparison & could really do with a revamp! The only reason I have given 4 stars is that the receptionist at Newmarket did not appear to be very clued up / efficient.

First class hair salon, it's so relaxed. You don't feel as if you're being rushed. My trainee Grace takes her time with me, always caters to my needs and what style I want. I always have such a lovely time with Grace she is the best hairdresser I've ever had I wouldn't go to another salon again. Being a parent of 2 it's so nice that I can come in and have a pamper and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg ? she's so professional and always does a fantastic job with my hair. She's also a very lovely girl. The rest of the staff, also very friendly and accommodating.
