Very poor customer service, I experienced disappointing customer service at the TK Maxx store in Bury St. Edmunds. While staff at other locations were friendly, the manager here was incredibly rude when addressing the issue of bringing my dog into the store, contrary to my experiences at other branches where it was allowed. Despite inquiring about the specific policy, the manager couldn?t provide a reason beyond referencing the terms and conditions.

Not Dog Friendly, 90% of bury st edmunds is dog friendly but not here. Even though they sell dog stuff, no canines are welcome here. Newmarket branch allows them so shall only be using that branch from now on. Big thumbs down. Oh and rude staff when approached.
