Customer service was great and there is a lot in the surrounding area to do. Process was quick and easy to setup phone service or mobile broadband. I only gave 3 stars because the mobile broadband internet sucks and is only good all day until 5pm to 10pm, during peak times the internet is unusual but besides that it is great.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! Me and my sister visited kaspa?s in Bury St Edmunds for a waffle dessert and two teas. My sister asked if she could also have a tap water with some ice, shockingly she was told ?no, as we can?t charge you for ice.? I?m sorry but you are a multi million pound company who, let?s be honest, should allow your customers to have ice in a tap water if requested. This was my first visit to your dessert restaurant and will most certainly be my last. We asked to speak to a manager who then proceeded to give my sister a whole glass of ice (begrudgingly) but not before telling us, it?s not company policy ????? I think based on the reviews I have read, the staff need to be up skilled in the term customer service. I would like to add that the bucket the cutlery came in was utterly disgusting ? perhaps rather than having 5 staff standing behind the bar chatting you should take some care in keeping the restaurant up to scratch.

If only no stars was an option in rating, BEWARE if you are US visiting forces!!!! They don?t honor any military clause if you have orders to leave you?ll still be charged an early termination fee.

Went with family, placed our order, drinks come out quick then my food and waited about 15 mins for families food and when asked about it they had forgotten, no actual apology and no offer of an extra drink or anything.. Didn?t seem to be an adult/manager working with any sense. Food was good but disappointing service

Went with a few friends and the service was immaculate! I ordered a waffle and it was lovely, very friendly staff and the food arrived quick

We had some problems with our plan and called in.The service and friendly welcome from Steven and his assistant was great.He sorted out our problem and we were on our way.Excellent friendly service. Thanks Steven.

Young untrained staff who have no idea how to greet customers. 3 adults and 2 children, empty cafe but no tables available to seat 5 people. She could clean one but there would be a wait! It was empty in there! She grabbed a grubby looking cloth and stormed off. Food nothing like pictures on menu, very small portions for a lot of money for ice cream. Lots of staff but a long wait probably because we'd asked her to clean a table. Wouldn't go again and would never recommend it to others. Grim and dark interior, not sure what they were aiming for. Grandson needed to use the toilet. Only the disabled one was available and it was so disgusting as to be unusable. Really need to get their act together, awful dining experience. I had to give it 1 star unfortunately.

Absolutely appalling. To be honest I wanted to leave 0/5 but it wouldn?t allow me. I have never experienced anything like the awful service and one rude, vile staff member. We visited today (16th dec 22) as an end of term treat for my daughter. Ordered an ice cream, cookie desert and milkshake. Not a hard order. Sat down. Tables all around us were filthy. Got our cutlery on our table to find it was somebody?s old cutlery that was dirty and hadn?t been cleaned. Sat and waited for 40 minutes. Our drink hadn?t even arrived. Went and asked for a refund as our parking was about to run out. They said they could quickly make the milkshake to go so we said fine as it was a treat and my daughter was so disappointed. I?m not sure what took so long as there were literally 3 tables in the place and I could see they weren?t busy at all. We Were told we couldn?t have money refunded to my card (how it was originally pAid) but could have cash. We accepted this. Then we were given the wrong change. When the milkshake was made it was the wrong size and realised I had been overcharged and given a large. Not the regular size I had asked for. When I complained about this the short haired girl (said her name was Elle when asked but she may have been lying as she knew I was making a complaint to management about her) told me that was what I had ordered and I couldn?t have the difference in money back despite being charged more for the size I didn?t have and was very rude. While this was happening my 2 year old managed to fall and bump her head. I put the 8 year olds milkshake on the counter top and turned to help her. I then turned to speak to ?Elle? again at which point she picked up my 8 year old daughters full milkshake from the side and threw it in the bin behind her despite my daughter wanting it and me making no implication we were done with it at which my daughter started to cry. I told her that our trip had been absolutly awful and that her behaviour for somebody in a customer facing job was disgusting at which she had a massive go at me in front of my children and was incredibly rude, calling me names and just being generally vile until we left. I work as a manager in hospitality and if a member of my staff treated a customer in this way they would no longer have a job to come back to. Your staff need some serious training. we will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I can about the awful awful service and experience we had at your restaurant.

My son bought me a voucher for Kaspar's for my birthday. Went yesterday but what a let down. It just lacked the wow factor. My Knickerbocker glory was just some ice cream with about three chunks of pineapple and and bit of cream. My wife has the salted caramel cheesecake which was stale. For the ( hard earned) money, it was definitely not worth it. On a positive, the two girls serving were helpful and polite. It was a shame our visit wasn't a special treat that was intended. Certainly not good value for the money.
