I thought it was meant to be a charity shop, so why charge £30 for a pair of mens trainers. Been up town and bought a similar pair of the same quality for half the price. Rethink your prices.......

There's some quite nice furniture but the staff are not that polite or friendly. They get in your way and act as if you're not even there. I work in a shop and would never treat customers the way they do.

Always come away with a bargain. Well worth a visit, if you want to spend a bit less than you need to.

Purchased sofa and chair that wouldn't fit through my door, went to get refund and was informed by some ignorant cow that I have to forfeit the delivery charge and that sue Ryder is actually a business, I for one am very pleased that with cancer I deal with Macmillan because the sue Ryder shop is now off my shopping and donation list

Please keep an eye on the prices, as the lables that have been placed suddenly gets swapped by the manager sue ward, the manager is a very rude lady, sue ward makes prices up as she goes along, sue ward spoke to me like a piece of rubbish off her shoe when she was pulled up on price tags, blaming people for swapping the price tags, even tho the people who swap the tags tape the new prices tags up nice and neatly to the items while sue is watching lol, im disabled who suffers from ptsd and my wife who has fybromialgia, we will be avoiding this charty shop from now on, disgusting and rude behavour towards ill people by sue ward, avoid sue ward, other staff members are excellent and polite and helpful, i think sue ward should be replaced by sue ryder charity for the benefit of the future for the shop, very upset customers and donators mr c avery and mrs i avery
