I visited this Subway store during a busy Friday lunch rush and was really impressed by the service received. There was only one staff member working at the time?James H, and he handled everything exceptionally well. Despite the long line and online orders coming in, he remained calm, efficient, and very pleasant throughout service. Great job, James!

I?ve been in twice now, and each time I?ve been served by the same member of staff. he is pacing up and down behind the till / serving area and is having a conversation on his mobile phone. Talking loudly, laughing and not paying any attention to the customer. When he came to serve me he continued his conversation on the phone. Didnt ask if I needed anything else and he didnt thank me or say goodbye Very rude!

Got there at 8.16 to be told they won't serve me because they close at 8.15 even though they advised that there open till 9. They said it's so they can go home at 9

went in to get some food, the man told me he wasn?t serving and would not be serving food while was on the phone speaking to someone clearly not about work. very rude

Very stingy with the toppings and much more expensive compared to other subways (additional 2 pounds for 6inch or salad) - when asked why the price difference they said that each shop sets their own prices as they are a franchise.

Went to this subway today and they were very stingy with the sauce and toppings. The bread tasted stale and crumbled everywhere. The guy serving was preoccupied with an online order. Tried to use a voucher on the app and was told it was for orders placed through the app only. Upgraded one sandwich to a meal deal and there was no ice in the machine but no sign to say it wasn't working
Also they didn't cut my footlong sandwich in half. The upstairs was apparently closed due to cleaning. Would not recommend
