I came into your bury st Edmunds store today.i had great customer services today.i brought a car for my grandson.the lady that service me was very helpful and very polite was very chatty and she make me and my grandson very welcome.we will come back again.the lady with blonde hair ask what hHis name was and he said William and she said her name was Kayla.

Starlings is one of the best toy shops ! I've been going there for over 10 years and the start are amazing.Always greeted with a smile and happy to help with anything , they always remember you and are fantastic with recommendations.The new store is amazing and one of the best shopping features the Arc has to offer .Always a pleasure to shop there ?

Visited the Bury St Edmunds store today, not a good experience. 4 or so Rude members of staff who just stop talking and stare angrily at you as you walk past the till making you feel extremely uncomfortable. Ended up getting what I needed and quickly leaving as I was not made to feel comfortable there, wasn't offered if I needed help with anything at all, just glared at.

Great experience today when visiting the store. The shop is impressively stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful as they assisted me with my purchases.

Came into the toy shop today had very good service from a very nice lady,talking to my little girl she was very helpful my little girl haven?t smiled all day I think her name was kayla (looking for toy between 18-24 months)

Well it's a toy shop that can be found in many towns. They have a good variety of toys but lack products for older kids.
