The team here are always so pleasant and friendly? probably the nicest Starbucks I?ve been to, and I?ve been to many? listen carefully to customer orders and deliver every time. Great location. Team work hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend?

A typical wait time for a popular coffee shop. I think the coffee isn?t great and little choice for cold drinks, like frappes which lack flavour.

Drink was at the regular Starbucks standard that I usually receive which was fine, seating area was good too. I was served by Jake who unfortunately ruined the experience for me. Didn't engage with me, look up at me, or even call my name when my drink was done so had to go up from my seat to see it was done, seemed to have been sat there for a few minutes already. Could do with some better customer service, left feeling a bit disappointed by this interaction.

Went in for a drink and toasty, only one member of staff actually serving, she was doing everything solo, whilst 5 members of staff stood around talking, one of the staff members was constantly playing with her hair around the food prep area, and another messing with her eyelashes, none of them helping the other member of staff.

Ordered an iced coffee only to find, after drinking the coffee, that over half of my cup was ice, very expensive Ice. Won't be returning, off to Costa next time
