Visited the Bury St Edmunds branch in search for specific shoes to help with my condition. The staff were patient, kind, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide me with the pair of shoes I needed.Such a wonderful team - can't praise them enough for their customer service!

Shoephoric is one of my favourite stores to get good quality shoes. The Stowmarket branch is fantastic, the staff there are really lovely, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, did not find the same welcoming and warm reception at the Shoephoric store in Bury St Edmunds this weekend. Staff did not seem too friendly or keen to help and instead stood around the shop watching your every move, sometimes in the way and blocking the shelves from your view. It was very awkward and we left after a while of trying to navigate the sale items and not getting very far! A real shame. As I say, Shoephoric is usually my 'go-to' and I expected far more from a store in Bury St Edmunds.

We hadn't booked an apt we didn't know until we was approached by a lady at the desk.She was great she said she'd fit us in until her apt came.We really picked the first pair of shoes so no probs.Used to take my son here when small but it has changed name or owners since that was 22 yrs ago.Its great its still there.Great for first school shoes as do length and width size fitting.£42 later for a 3yr old shoes.

Very good service today, was able to walk in have my sons feet measured and chose a lovely pair of school shoes all within 5 minutesStaff very friendly and helpful

Really unhelpful young girl today. I think she might be leaving. Didn't even check the trainers I took back to make sure they were OK. Totally uninterested.
