First class service. Nothing was too much trouble from the onset. Slight issue with varifocale lenses sorted immediately. Front of house and optician outstanding. Highly recommended.

So much calmer and more friendly service than others in town. Gave me correct prescription first time, unlike my first attempt somewhere else. Polite, courteous and good frame selection. Maybe dearer than others but worth it.

Visited Scrivens, Bury St Edmunds, for the first time this week. I was so impressed by the courteous, professional and comprehensive service they provided. Firstly I wasn't served by a gormless eighteen year old which seems to be the norm at vision express and specsavers. I was served by seasoned professionals that had been in the business for years. My eye exam was very thorough and every member of staff that myself and my daughter came into contact with was very efficient and very kind. I cannot recommend this branch enough. I will only use Scrivens from now on.

Absolutely wonderful opticians! The staff is beyond wonderful, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Service is always quick. The optician is very thorough and dedicated. I enjoy popping in while in the area just to say hello because the entire team brightens my day. If you're in need of any type of optical help, this is the shop to visit.
