I cannot recommend Scott's enough! I recently had an eye test in Bury St Eds and the whole team were so friendly. Mr Gilbey was extremely patient and thorough during my test which really put me at ease. After receiving my prescription I went to 4 other opticians in town to look at frames and was really disappointed with the service I received in all 4 shops. I went back to Scott's and Sophie was SO helpful when it came to choosing a frame that suited me - she was so friendly, patient and honest - wasn't pushy at all and was really genuine, and this continued right through to me having my glasses fitted (which was only a week turnaround!) The whole team came across like one big family and were so welcoming from the moment I walked in. I really wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thanks guys ?

I took my relatively new glasses into the shop today which I had managed to damage quite badly, while getting the Christmas decorations out of the loft!As always the staff where so helpful.Many thanks to Nick for straightening out my horribly bent glasses, what a great job, I really didn`t think it would be possible.

Excellent service, I can?t thank the staff enough. You?ve been brilliant.My 15 month old little boy needed his first pair of glasses after being seen by the hospital. As a Mum I found this very upsetting and traumatic but the ladies at Scott?s we?re amazing as he got really upset about trying the glasses on. They spent time with him playing tractors and building his confidence, nothing was too much trouble.When we returned to have his glasses fitted today Andrew was fabulous, he explained every last detail, put our minds at rest, nothing was too much trouble, he was amazing with my little boy. I seriously have never experienced a service like it.I?m so happy with my little boys tomato glasses, after thinking he wouldn?t keep them on, he?s reaction has been amazing, my boy can see!!!Thanks to the team at Scott?s. Excellent customer service!!

I've used Scotts for many years. It is a brilliant local business , based around an excellent service. Recently I visited Sue for my contact lens check and she was as friendly , helpful and professional as ever. I also had a sight test which was thorough and very well explained. All supported by an excellent team. It's tough for local , high street businesses but Scotts get it absolutely right. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Scott's opticians enough, my 2 year old son wears glasses and they've always been so good with him, during the covid 19 pandemic he lost his glasses and they were able to get new ones sorted and personally delivered within a few days. Really kind and efficient service.
