Massive display that says ?25% off? - I think you?d be excused for thinking that these products are 25% off. In reality, only one (1) single product in this entire photo is actually on sale, and the rest are all full price.The staff member seemed annoyed to be questioned on this, and flatly pointed out that it says ?selected lines?.Which I guess is technically within the letter of the law, but when 95% of products on a flashy sale display are not a selected line, and you only find this out at the till, it?s still so embarrassingly predatory that we put the credit card back in the pocket and left.

Newlook Bury st Edmunds. A very friendly staff Employee sorted an online order out for my partner on Tuesday 5th Dec in store. What a wonderful Employee so so very helpfull. Item sent to our home town. All sorted now. Thankyou

You need to change your working hours, the working hours are not correct, it says the closing time is 20:30 on Thursday, but when you go there you see that it closes at 17:30

Went in with my daughter as I'm too old to benefit from New Look now sadly lol. A bit in between seasons with a big sale. Nice shop in The Arc though.
