Super friendly & welcoming branch!We had a ot of questions and things to sort out, and Julie and her colleagues were so helpful.As a Deaf person, the fact that the advisor who welcomed us into the branch knew some BSL and the second advisor took details from me for a BSL course starting locally as she's been wanting to learn, was just brilliant. It's easy as a Deaf person to feel excluded, so this was a lovely experience for me and it makes me hopeful that learning BSL will gradually become more widespread.Thanks for all your support & advice ?

Not so much THIS Branch, but contacting Natwest Central Bank office is HOPELESS! Trying to get details on line seems ONLY possible if you ALREADY have an account, So to open a new one is impossioble A useless computerised system, used to avoid employing staff who could answer queries. Will take my business elsewhere.

2 x cheques to pay in.App not working so have to go in to branch,machine in bank not working so have to queue for person to do it for me 10+ people waiting and no staff.

Had to wait for a little while (it was lunchtime) but excellent service from Chloe who helped me make a claim for chargeback . She was extremely patient and guided me successfully through the whole process.

I was getting ripped off by the hatchster lmt they were taking 5 pound weekly from my account and NatWest did nothing to block them taking it out and I have been with NatWest for 17 years....very disappointed they could of stopped them....so now I'm leaving them and going else where

only ATMs are awful cuz never accept the notes in one time.Its should changed or fix ?

Should be able to deposit cheques/ cash through the cash machine outside. Why is the inside all updated, but something so efficient can?t be put to good use when they are closed.

These guys seem to forget what a bank is. Some reluctance to bank coins because princess can't be bothered to damage her pedicured nails. She'd probably prefer to sit down and discuss mortgage rates, because that's what banking is about these days. Will definitely move my business account somewhere else.

Had amazing experience here! The banker called me on time as promised to see what was happening with my account. They have all been extremely friendly and helpful. So happy. Glad I now chose to bank with NatWest because the experience I had with the Bury St Edmunds branch. Fab job there ladies.

Booked an appointment with Susan Smith for Monday 3/2/2020. Turned up at 10.50. Booked in with Bank Hall Staff member with the Tablet. She called through to Susan your 11.00 appointment is here. At 11.15 still sitting waiting. Spoke to Tablet girl again, Apparently some system failure meant Susan had taken another un-booked person in. Not a happy customer at all here. I had other appointments and could not wait. The system of sitting clients down on comfy seats is not working - Head Honchos note - your customers are not happy. I was not the only one facing a long wait. Service is very poor. Tablet girl is like rabbit in headlights not up to the job. Susan has phoned an apologised but still not satisfactory.

Just wanted to change an address on my bank account. Only one till. No one working on it. A colleague finally comes over to the lady in front of me and makes all sorts of excuses but doesn't serve. Her colleague returns, polite but missed the point we've all been waiting. Then told to sit down and wait for someone else. I don't need a booth I just need to simply update a few details it's a 5 minute job. The way they work.in here draws things out for no reason. It's poor customer service.

Absolutely dread going into this place- always have to queue as the machines aren?t able to process my particular type of cheque. Never more than one cashier available. Not surprising that branches are closing as they are so impersonal.
