Staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They really did give service with a smile and extra bag of chips along with drink for one of our groups friends who joined us later.

They got the order wrong 2 times and then we went back as the food was inaccurate and they said it was our fault and we should have ordered at the counter I honestly do not recommend the franchise

When we ordered food just now ,and I choosen a table service from the options ,they didn't given table service when I requested her she told I don't know in rudely manner.I felt so bad about this.

Treated granddaughter for being a good girl at hospital, my chicken was dry and overcooked, the young lady changed it. The chips had so much black pepper and salt that neither myself or granddaughter could eat them, her popcorn chicken was cold and dry so sadly all in all will not me treating her to that again!!

Bury St Edmunds KFC staff were brilliant!! I ordered on the app and accidentally sent it to the wrong store, whilst I was unsure what to do to correct this. Staff helped check what our order was and get it started whilst I emailed customer services, could not have asked for kinder, understanding staff members! Food was hot and delicious! The only downside were some teenage boys that left the place in a state and clearly had no care for the staff or restaurant. Thank you again KFC Bury St Edmunds.

I never write reviews but the food was disgusting no mayo in burger, chicken wings no meat on and utterly greasy and I?ve never been served by the most miserable person I?ve ever met? so disappointing what a waste of 9.99? don?t go there is my advise go to McDonald?s polite people and chicken burgers lovely

Worst KFC in east anglia by far. Takes 30 minutes+ to even get your food, people just walking round behind the till doing minting and all look clueless. In terms of food I think my 2 year old could make a better burger, do you guys even have lettuce because in my burger I get about 3 pieces everytime. Always missing stuff from my order and places is never ever clean. If could give 0 I would .

kept getting stared at when ordering and me and my mates kept getting dirty looks however, when we sat down we had her staring right at us every now and again. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I read her name was caydie and she was very unwelcoming and very judgemental I go there to eat and have fun but she made it a very unappealing and unpleasant. Not what I would like to have when going to eat so I will not be sitting in again unless she is spoke to and told to keep things professional inside her work hours. My food also came out falling apart so was very disappointed.

I purchased thought just eat. Driver wouldn?t give me the order until I give him the code. When received half of order missing. No answer on phone all evening. Just eat said as gave PIN code wouldn?t refund. Won?t use again as this was second time order was really short. Not on.
