I picked up my X5 from your garage this afternoon and I wanted to get in touch to pass on my praise for the service I received from Hannah.From my initial telephone enquiry Hannah has been extremely attentive and has kept me informed throughout. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. The video she made for me (before I could visit to see the car) was perfect, showing me everything I needed to.The handover today was slick and very professional, the car looked incredible. Hannah got me setup in the car before I left so I could use my phone etc. on the way home and showed me the key features.The whole process has been exactly how buying a car should be.

Car was due to recall, when brought in to replace faulty bmw EGR, it wasn?t properly fitted, one of the bolts was left loose which came out on to alternator belt and ruined it. I had to replace the belt at my own expense which was around £150

Bought a BMW M135i from Jardine?s, the level of customer support was exceptional, Matt explained the sales process and the after sales support. Matt went onto explain the functionality of the vehicle and its performance criteria- he took the time. Overall the service and support is significantly better than my previous vehicle supplier. Would highly recommend Jardine?s and Matt for vehicles.

Popped in over the weekend to have a look at the cars and was really impressed by the breadth of knowledge which the team have. Everything was really clearly and carefully explained, from finance options to how the vehicles work. Great selection of beautiful well kept cars and a very friendly team. 11 out of 10!

Everyone at the dealership is always very helpful and happy to answer any questions. They have a fantastic selection of vehicles to choose from and are always happy to assist in finding the perfect one for you. The aftersales support and service provision is second to none and they always look after you wonderfully and keep you informed throughout the service and repair process. Honestly cant recommend this place enough! I travelled down to collect my new BMW and the service was amazing! Can?t thank Dan enough for everything, from sending me daily updates as I was so far away, sorting all my finance out, answering all the questions I had and all in all just being an amazing sales man! The car was fully valeted and sparkling clean on arrival! The whole process was so smooth and stress free! I drive both a MB and a BMW and there is a tangible difference in both cars themselves and the dealerships. Not sure why. maybe showroom layout, maybe pay and benefits, maybe corporate style. BMW is harder sharper glossier clinical. MB feels more relaxed easy intimate human.

By far the best dealer experience I have ever had. Have been experiencing a problem with a rattle in my headliner in my 128ti, another main dealer said they couldn?t find it. Jardine Bury St. Ed?s tech found it in 2 minutes. Now awaiting a new headliner. Service from the team is beyond impeccable, fantastic facilities. I cannot fault their customer service, always very quick in getting any work booked in and a courtesy car is available if required. Phone calls to keep me informed of progress is a massive help too. Great dealership.
