Argued with me that a 10 year old car that's never had it's cambelt changed, won't need it changing for another 86,000 miles. Anyone who works in the motor trade will know that's not true (because it's whichever comes sooner, miles or age) and I can only assume the guy in the office is intentionally misleading people for sales. Could have just been honest and said 'yeah it needs doing, but that is reflected in the price of the car', but would rather sell to an unsuspecting customer and let them find out the hard way!

The definition of hassle-free buying! Called up, popped in 10 minutes later, got given the key to look through the car without anyone looking over my shoulder the entire time. Asked to take it for a test drive and a few minutes later was then driving it myself! I'm sure if I wanted the assistance it would have been available but I was more than happy to test it myself and see if the car was right for me. Any questions I had were answered honestly, no shady answers. A price was discussed with a decent warranty alongside it and then that was it! The owner even dropped the car off at my house the next day while I was at work which was greatly appreciated! Loving my new car, couldn't be happier with it so I'd highly recommend Ingham Car Sales if you're looking for a new car locally!

Purchased a car from the dealership back in July 2022. It was a Ford focus. I purchased from a dealership to replace my old Ford focus which had over 250,000 miles on it.I pretty much bought a like for like with less than half the amount of miles on. I didn?t haggle as the car was in a good condition and had a good service history. However, two weeks into having it there was a problem with the EGR. I was familiar with this fault, as it was common in this model. So I took the car back to get the EGR fixed to which the owner assured me it had been. Literally two weeks later, the fault reappeared again. I took it back once more, and the owner said that again, the fault I?ve been repaired. and then less than three weeks later, the fault reappeared once more so I took it back to get repaired, as the problem was the exact same as the first two. However, this time I received a phone call stating that the problem wasn?t the EGR valve. It was something to do with the particulate filter; even though the issue felt the same driving the vehicle.Funny old thing, this was not covered under the ?warranty? so that he refused to carry out the necessary repairs as he stated that the exhaust was not covered under warranty. I was fed up with having to deal with Ingham Cars, so I took it to another garage to get fixed. The garage confirmed to me that the EGR had never been replaced. However, both the particulate filter and EGR come up as an error on the computer. So £300 later, I finally got the repairs completed (EGR replaced only) and the car now runs fine no thanks to ingham cars.Having paid over £3k for this vehicle (above market value for age and millage) as expected from a dealership; however, I would?ve expected better service. This is the reason I purchased from a dealership and not privately, to avoid this sort of issue.So thanks to this amazing service, I have now told the 3k people located on the base next to the dealership about this disappointing service. Anyone looking to purchase from this individual or this dealership, I?d look elsewhere if I were you.

Great service, would definitely use again, Paul has been great. Bought a gorgeous Peugeot 308 GT Line, nicest car I?ve owned, and dealing with these guys was very easy, with friendly service.

Mum went to look at a car here for £3400 during the week said she would be back on Saturday, when we arrived to have a proper look around and a test drive the price had gone up to £4000. Complete waste of time

Not a very good place to buy a car bought a car and now after a few months the brakes have seized up this could of been very serious so I don't recommend them
