I like this store but be careful on their expiry dates. They not always visible on their products. When I brought this to head office attention they told me to take it back to store when I explained I no longer had the receipt. ( it will be their system in store and on my Holland & Barrett reward card)When I told head office didn?t have the receipt they ignored me. Seems to be the case with most head office management for businesses. ( Turn off phonelines and only communication is via emails).I brought three bags of this product which expires 21st July 23.I brought the same product in Bishop Stortford expiry date 1st feb 2025 so tell me why the same product both on sale ( with two expiry dates? One one almost two years and one 11days?)

Neat & tidy store. All staff greeted me as I made my way around the store. The lady who assisted me had great knowledge & advised me on the best products to use, ensuring I also got the best prices & discount too. Another lady who served me at the till also gave great service

Just been to Holland &Barrett in bury st Edmunds the lady who gave us advise was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. She went out of her way to help and accommodate our needs .other staff at the tills were also friendly.
